Mr. GD Singh is a visionary entrepreneur and global business leader with over two decades of experience across international education, human resources, compliance, global mobility, business strategy, geopolitics, and migration law. An MBA (Honours) from India and Registered Migration Agent (MARA), he also holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University, Australia.
As Chairman of DLP Group, CEO of Apply4Study, and Director of BADA Education (South Korea) in India, he leads a future-focused global ecosystem that is redefining innovation, education, mobility, technology, and professional upskilling. Guided by integrity, and strategic vision, Mr. Singh continues to build transformative partnerships and create opportunities that empower individuals, institutions, and businesses to succeed in a borderless world.
